How does changing plans work?
Upgrades take effect immediately and the price difference is prorated by day. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Which payment methods are supported?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Troy. All cards are verified with 3D Secure. Card details are stored on PayTR infrastructure and never touch our systems.
KVKK & data security?
Isolated MySQL database per tenant, AES-256 encrypted sensitive fields, audit log and daily backups. KVKK-compliant Data Processing Agreement (DPA) provided.
Is cancellation easy?
One click. No lock-in period. Plan stays active until the end of the current period, then stops automatically.
Can it be self-hosted / installed on my own server?
Yes on the Enterprise plan — installation on your own server or on a dedicated VPS in our Hetzner DE infrastructure is available.
Is there a free trial?
